Acacia has helped the Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank to promote, secure and coordinate the region’s blood supply. Every semester Acacia holds their annual blood drive in support of the CPBB.
	Acacia has helped provide university-level books to developing countries in Africa. Recent wars and continued poverty have created a need for new university libraries and holdings. Countries that have a high priority are Sierra Leone, Liberia, The Gambia, Chad, Burkina Faso, Dem. Rep. of the Congo, Ghana and Mali. Donated books will be shipped to the recipient country by large shipping container (20,000 lbs. per shipment).
	Acacia has helped the Water Street Rescue Mission to meet the many needs of the hungry and homeless in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. WSRM offers a variety of services that provide structure, stability, security, self-discipline, and hope.
