Work out days - lets head to they gym!

We'd like to take this Fall as an opportunity to hone all our skills for
competitive success.
To that end, we'd like to begin heading to the gym (as a group) to use the
weights/machines as a compliment to our fencing practice times.

We will be taking note of *your* availability in order to plan work-out sessions,
as the buddy-system seems to help keep everyone motivated!

We're also looking for other activates to use as cross-training, such as:
cycling, jogging, weights, racquetball, tennis...

Fill out times when you are free to work out, and what you'd be interested in
doing, and drop off a printed copy at any of the practice sessions this semester.
