Dr. Gen. Gerald Galloway-Enterprise Engineering Group, Titan Corporation
Gerry Galloway is Vice President, Enterprise Engineering Group, ES3 Sector, Titan Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia. A geographer, public administrator and civil engineer, he also serves as a water resources and flood mitigation consultant to a variety of national and international government and non-government organizations. He has served as a Presidential appointee to the Mississippi River Commission and the American Heritage Rivers Advisory Committee. In 1994, he was assigned to the White House to lead a committee in assessing the causes of the 1993 Mississippi River Flood. During a 38-year career in the military he served in various command and staff assignments in Germany, Southeast Asia and the United States, retiring in 1995 as a brigadier general. From 1979 to 1995 he served on the faculty of the US Military Academy and was founding head of the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering. From 1990 to 1995 he was Dean of the Academic Board (Chief Academic Officer) at the Academy. Prior to joining Titan, he was Secretary of the US Section, International Joint Commission, US and Canada.
