The following items were discussed today:

• A date has been set for Millersville Insect Theater for Thursday, April 11th at 7:00pm. We're planning on showing a double feature. Arrangements and advertisements should be made for this event soon.
• Insect Appreciation Day has been set for September 5th, 2002. Advertisements including fliers and an ad in the Snapper should be ready to be put out in April.
• Fishing trip information will be available for us next week.
• We're thinking of setting aside a Friday in early March to visit the Academy of Natural Sciences.
• We've been offered a spot in the upcoming yearbook, MU's Touchstone. All we need for that is five or six photos and a 200 word article. Ideas for the photos were discussed.
• Ideas for the butterfly garden were also discussed. We may make it a joint project between Entomology, Priority, and Conestoga clubs. The location of the garden would be between Roddy and Brossman in the area where the two trailers used to be. If we work on the garden this semester, it could then be inaugurated next semester on our Insect Appreciation Day (September 5th).

For next week, everyone try to bring in at least one idea concerning T-shirt design (a drawing, a pick-up line, etc) so that we can get the ball rolling on that project. Any other ideas for other projects are of course welcome. Until next week!
