• Today we had a meeting with a representative of the department in charge of grounds keeping. We will be having a follow-up meeting in regards to the butterfly garden next TUESDAY, April 2nd, at noon. If you can make it, please attend.
• The Insect Theater night is coming up really soon - Tuesday, April 9th, to be exact. What we need to do for next week, then, is to get flyers out that advertise the event. Laurie, if you could get the list of movies we will be showing out to the group (email is fine), that'd be great. We will also need to figure out how much everything will cost us - the reservation for the room, movie rentals if they're necessary, and the price of supplying refreshments (popcorn, soda).
• It's been discussed that we should move the fishing trip to sometime early next semester. If anyone has a problem with this, please let us know!
• Dr. Wallace's annual picnic at his house will be Sunday, April 28th. Please RSVP ASAP! :^)
• In addition to next Tuesday's meeting, we will also be having our regular meeting on Friday, April 5th.
