The Pennsylvania Smoking Cessation and Prevention Campaign (PSCPC) is:
- a program funded by the PA Department of Health, as an initiative to address smoking on college campuses.
- a student led anti-tobacco effort.
- participating schools include 13 State System of Higher Education universities and the University of Pitt at Bradford.
