Off the Record..............
This isn't meant to be a true history of , just a collection of highlights, urban legends, and inside jokes for the alumni and the curious.  Therefore, for reasons beyond our control, here is an abridged history:

2002 Fall:  Snuggles, Oops, Farva, and Phletch all legally become new members.  Where's Mookus?

2002 Fall: Skeeter and Rokko move into 128 Frederick St. The parties start again.

2002, Summer: Growver graduates and moves to North Carolina to teach first graders!!!

2002, Spring: Williz moves to Los Angeles.

2001, Fall: Skeeter becomes a brother. Williz and Nelsun graduate, barely.

2001, Summer: Pheltch joins the Army and moves to Georgia.

2001, May: The brothers lose "the house" as everyone is kicked out of 124/122 N. George Street. Nicksin, Wedje, Jinjer, and Spunge graduate.

2001, Spring: Doofy and Biskit join the party.

2000, Fall: Sno, Rokko, Conher, Korky, and Skrapee become brothers.

2000, Fall: Former Greek Life advisor Ms. Stephanie Goodell has left MU for the big city. MU organizations hold back tears. Sarcasm openly expressed.

2000, Summer: Otis moves to Colorado.

2000, Spring: Gimp, Woody, and Otis graduate.

2000, Spring:OGW Pledge class born February, 21 - dies March 5. Williz is devastated.

1999, Fall: Welcome Dave "Wedje" Nemeth and Corey "Wrenulds" Pickel, the transfer from the Beta Chapter at Moravian. Merv is awarded Best Brother, Kabbage Hogs.

1999, Summer: Fenix moves to Sin City.

1999, April 17: Nicksin is awarded Best Brother, Herbie is Hog.

1999, Spring: Burns, Lassie, Koko and ASTro are brothers, too. Pheltch!!!

1998, November 21: Fenix is awarded Best Brother. Joose wins a T shirt.

1998, November 20 - 22: Fall 98 Formal is a blast. Wee Hee!

1998, October 31: Nicksin, Kottun, and Nelsun become brothers. Special thanks to the girls of AST for hosting the Hell night party.

1998, Spring: Herbie and Williz become brothers.

1998, May: Scab graduates magna cum laude with a degree in business accounting.

1997, December: OGW thanks Greek letter organizations who supported us at All Greek Council.

1997, November: Hell Night Party is a blast. thanks XAT sorority for use of facilities. Growver and Jinjer become brothers.

1997, April: Joose and Rudee become brothers.

1996, November: Fenix, Stuwart, Mainard, and Moe are evicted from 19B Lynnebrook for having a Halloween costume party. Thanks for stopping by!

1996: Odee moves to California, finds employment in the adult film industry and "Beverly Hills, 90210".

1996: Spring: Moe is still Alumni Secretary. Mainard, Merv, Fluffy, Penee, Spunge, and The Gimp become brothers.

1995, May: Barney moves to Utah.

1995: Elmer, Kelp, and Moe move out of 14D Brookwood on their own free will.

1992: The ten remaining brothers of the only other local fraternity, GP (Gamma Pi, Pig or Die!), are absorbed into OGW. Come to be known as the Winter 1992 pledge class. Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Pi. Amen.

1987: OGW brothers contemplate going national as Theta Chi. Brothers come to their senses and stay local.

Middle 1980's: Greek houses on George Street are condemned by the borough and purchased by the University.

Early 1980's: OGW goes national as Tau Kappa Epsilon. Opposes national policy and returns to local tradition as OGW.

1970's: The Dark Ages of OGW. Not much is known about the Brothers during this drug infested hippie era.

1966: Officially recognized by Millersville State College as a fraternity.

1965-1966: James Wallace Paul transfers from Moravian College and forms the Gamma Chapter of Omicron Gamma Omega at Millersville.

1921: The Beta Chapter of OGW is formed at Moravian College.

1920: Omicron Gamma Omega is formed at the University of Virginia.
